These Terms of Use govern your use of the PromptSarthi Android application (the “App”) and the website promptsarthi.com (the “Website”), operated Kavita, Alwar Rajasthan, India.
By installing or using the App, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
1. What the service is
PromptSarthi is a library of written prompts intended to be used with third-party artificial intelligence applications. You browse prompts, copy the text, and paste it into a separate application of your choice.
PromptSarthi does not create, generate, edit or produce images. No AI model runs inside the App. Any image produced from a prompt is produced by a third-party service, under that service’s own terms, and we have no involvement in and no responsibility for the result.
2. No affiliation with third-party AI services
PromptSarthi is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to OpenAI, Google, or any other AI company. Names such as ChatGPT and Gemini are the trademarks of their respective owners and are referred to here only to describe which tools our prompts are written for.
When you use those tools, you are bound by their terms and their content policies, not ours.
3. Who may use the service
You must be at least 13 years old to use PromptSarthi. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
4. Content you submit
The App lets you submit your own prompts. Everything in this section applies to anything you submit.
4.1 Review before publication
Submitted prompts are not visible to other users immediately. Every submission is reviewed by us and is published only if approved. We may approve, edit, reject or later remove any submission, at our discretion and without giving a reason.
4.2 Rules for submissions
Do not submit a prompt that:
- describes nudity, sexual activity, or sexually suggestive imagery;
- names, depicts or targets a real, identifiable person, including public figures, actors, politicians and private individuals;
- is intended to produce a face swap, deepfake, or any image that shows a real person doing something they did not do;
- depicts graphic violence, gore, weapons used to threaten or harm, illegal drugs, or self-harm;
- promotes hatred or harassment against any person or group on the basis of religion, caste, ethnicity, nationality, gender, disability, or any similar characteristic;
- is intended to produce counterfeit documents, identity cards, currency, certificates or official seals;
- imitates the trademark, logo or branding of a real company;
- contains anyone’s personal information, including your own;
- is copied from another person’s work without permission;
- is spam, an advertisement, or a link to an unrelated service.
Submitting content that breaks these rules may result in your submissions being rejected and your device being blocked from submitting further content.
4.3 Rights you give us
You keep ownership of any prompt you write. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, adapt and distribute that prompt within the App and on the Website, and to promote the App. You confirm that the prompt is your own work and that you have the right to give us this licence.
4.4 Removal
If you want a prompt you submitted to be removed after publication, write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will take it down.
5. Reporting content
Every prompt in the App has a report option. If you find content that breaks the rules above, please report it. We review reports and remove content that violates these terms. You may also write to [CONTACT EMAIL].
6. How you may use the service
You may use the prompts in the App for your own personal and commercial creative work. You may not:
- copy the library as a whole in order to build a competing product;
- scrape, harvest or bulk-download the content of the App or Website by automated means;
- attempt to gain access to the moderation tools, the administration area, or the database;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the service;
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App, except where the law expressly permits it;
- use the App for any unlawful purpose.
7. Ownership
The App, the Website, the PromptSarthi name, the design, the layout, the example images we supply and the arrangement of the library are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to you.
8. Advertisements
The App and the Website may display advertisements. We do not control what is advertised and we do not endorse any advertised product or service. Any dealing between you and an advertiser is between you and them alone.
9. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may remove or change prompts without notice. We do not promise that the service will always be available or free of errors.
10. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that a prompt will produce any particular result in any AI tool, that results will be accurate or suitable for your purpose, or that using a prompt will comply with the rules of the AI tool you use it in. You are responsible for what you create and for how you use it.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Ending your use
You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the App. We may block a device from submitting content, or from using the service, if these terms are broken.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [CITY, STATE], India.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
